Understanding ALC Control Modules and ALC Routers - CS010-v5.2

Who should attend: 

Anyone familiar with WebCTRL already whom is going to be responsible for maintaining the HVAC systems in a building and wanting more knowledge of ALC hardware 

The student will go through discussions and presentations on ALC control modules and routers, so that when done, he/she will be able to:

• Participate in a discussion on different types of ALC control modules and Routers and their board settings
• Change out a defective control module confidently
• Participate in a discussion on the software side of changing out a defective ALC module
• Understand and execute a module status command
• Understand and execute a module format if requested
• Assist more fully the technical support person with troubleshooting
